Aljon Very good matcha. Colour was more vibrant than expected which was a pleasure! The flavour is very unique, a very slight bitterness, balanced umami, and slightly nutty. Great smell too, very floral and veggy smell. Overall impressed for being this brand’s lower matcha’s.
