Shizuoka Chagama Ichirozu

While Uji in Kyoto Prefecture and Nishio in Aichi Prefecture are well known for matcha, Chagama remains dedicated to its local roots, offering matcha sourced from Shizuoka Prefecture. Their matcha is made from tencha cultivated in the Asahina area of Okabe-cho, Fujieda City—an esteemed region recognized for producing high-quality gyokuro.
