Wakamidori no Mukashi - A matcha tea that has been honored with a name from the current head of Mushakouji-senke, one of the three main schools of the Japanese Way of Tea (Sadō). This blend is a favorite of Fusetsusai Sōshū Sōshō, the 14th-generation iemoto (head) of Kankyū-an, Mushakouji-senke.
Its most notable feature is its vivid green color, reminiscent of fresh spring foliage. The flavor profile is exceptionally sweet, making it delightful even as koicha (thick tea).
