Fukujuen Eisho no Mukashi

Fukujuen, established in 1790 in Kyoto, is renowned for its dedication to quality and traditional tea-making techniques, upholding the rich heritage of Uji tea.

Eisho no Mukashi:

• Aroma: Refined and fragrant, with notes of fresh hay, sweet edamame, and a faint roasted undertone. The scent is smooth and well-rounded, without any sharpness.
• Taste: Rich umami dominates the palate, supported by a velvety bitterness that’s both clean and elegant. It has a deep, full-bodied flavor with a lingering, slightly sweet finish.
