Ochamura Yame Okumidori

Ochamura is a family-run tea company based in Yame, Fukuoka, a region known for producing some of Japan’s most umami-rich and shaded gyokuro and matcha. They specialize in small-batch, Yame-grown teas, often using deep steaming and careful processing to bring out rich, mellow flavors. Ochamura's matcha tends to lean umami-forward, often with a creamy, full-bodied profile.
