Matcha from a lowkey small tea shop - Sei You Sha by Sagami Bay, Atami coast, Shizuoka Prefecture. Harvested from tea fields at the foot of Mt. Fuji, this matcha is carefully roasted (焙煎), giving it a rich nutty aroma similar to Hoshino or Hizodenrai.
